Order Tips
Order Confirmation: We’ll email you within 24 hours of your order to confirm all the details.
Turnaround Time: Customization typically takes 1–2 months to complete, with an additional 6–15 business days required for delivery, depending on your location. For faster turnaround, please select our Fast or Rush process options.
Customization Requirements: Please provide clear, well-lit reference photos, including the front view, side profiles, back view, hair color, facial expression, and pose. Additional reference images are welcome.

Additional Notes
- Revisions: Up to three revisions are permitted during the customization production period.
- Craftsmanship: Each piece is expertly handcrafted using needle felting, ensuring a truly unique, one-of-a-kind custom design.
As this is a made-to-order item, returns and refunds are not accepted. - Materials & Care: Made from high-quality Australian Merino wool for a soft, lifelike texture.
Please avoid water exposure, as wool felt is not water-resistant. - Frame & Background: Background and frame colors are automatically selected to best complement your pet’s style.
Frame size is determined based on the final product dimensions, and the overall style is chosen accordingly. - Customization Details: Each wool felted pet is carefully tailored to resemble your pet, including details such as facial expressions, open mouths, birthmarks, spots, and other unique features.

Production & Shipping
Production Time
Regular Process (4 weeks to 6 weeks)
If you are not in a hurry, you may choose the Regular customization option.
Fast Process (20 days)
If you need your felted pet a bit sooner, we recommend our Fast Process.
With an additional fee of AED 300, production can be completed 10 days earlier.
Rush Process (15 days)
If you need your felted pet as soon as possible, we will coordinate directly with our designer to prioritize your order.
An additional rush fee of AED 500 applies. This is our fastest available production option.
Shipping Time
Once the wool felt is completed, delivery to non-remote areas in the UAE typically takes 6–15 business days.
