Shipping policy

Standard/Express Shipping and Heavy & Oversize Shipping are available in JNE PAW. We can ship worldwide except romote places. Due to the large size of the furniture, some products are eligible for free shipping during the promotion. We will select the most suitable logistics provider based on the product volume, and you will receive a tracking number after shipment. The following is how we charge:

Free shipping for orders under 30KG.
If your parcel be exceptionally large or heavy, you may opt for Heavy & Oversized Cargo shipping, incurring an additional charge of 10 AED. 

Estimated shipping time is 6–15 business days, depending on the destination.

How to Track Your Order Status?
Once your order is processed and picked by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper. If you have already placed an order, log in your account to check your order status. Once you log in to your account, you can view all your previous and current orders. Select a specific order to view the status and more details. Otherwise, you can track your package directly at the designated postal service website.
