Ordering, Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver, and what are the shipping costs?
At present, we only offer complimentary delivery within the United Arab Emirates; however, complimentary delivery orders must not exceed 30kg in weight.
*If your location is considered a remote area within the UAE, an additional surcharge of around 5 AED may apply. The exact amount depends on your specific address.
How long will my delivery take?
Following dispatch, the standard transit time is 6 to 12 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a modification or cancellation by calling or WhatsApp us within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn't been processed for packing. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Customers may return items within 7 days of delivery without providing a reason. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for details.
I paid by Cash on Delivery. How will I get my refund?
For eligible refunds on COD orders, the amount will be processed via a bank transfer to your registered account. This process typically takes 7 business days.

My product is missing from my delivery. What should I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience! Please check your packing slip and contact us immediately at [Your Customer Service Email/Phone] with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
